2024 HOA DUES The 2025 HOA Dues statements for the June 2025-May 2026 HOA dues will be mailed in May 2025. If you do not received one please email the HOA Coordinator at rockfordplacehoa@gmail.com Payments will be
accepted by MAIL ONLY and are
due by July 1, 2025! If payment is not made by July 1, 2025 late fees of
$10.00 and 18 percent interest will be assessed on August 1, 2025 if dues are not paid on your property.
Mail Payment To: Rockford Place HOA 12324 E. 86th St. N. #287 Owasso, OK 74055 (f) Enforcement of Assessment and Lien Rights. To collect delinquent assessments by suit or otherwise and to enjoin or seek damages from an owner who may be in default as is provided for in the Declaration and these Bylaws. To enforce a per diem late charge of Five and no/100 ($5.00) per day, and to collect interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum in connection with assessments remaining unpaid more than fifteen (15) days from due date for payment thereof, after (90) days, assessments remaining unpaid, are subject to all expenses incurred, including attorney’s fees.

Helpful Hint: Cover your Aerobic Septic Sprinkler heads with buckets before a snow. This will help keep your system operational during the winter. Frozen/snow covered sprinkler heads can cause them to not function properly.
